Chocolate Mousseby ~tini

Artisan Crafts / Culinary Arts / Desserts

Chocolate mousse with a layer of ganache. Served with raspberry and chocolate sauces. Garnished with whipped cream, a tuille cookie, fresh raspberry, and chocolate butterfly.

My favorite part of this dessert is that there is a raspberry hidden inside of the mousse

That's so pretty! That tiny little chocolate butterfly is adorable. It looks so fragile though, I'd be so afraid to ruin it before it could be served XD
