Eternal Tier - Part 2 - Holy C

This is the second part of Sailor Moon's Eternal Tier. It attaches to her original Tier, and makes it really long and staff-like. I've seen this item called a lot of different names, but the most common was "Holy Chalice", so I'll go with that.
